My Confession:
I'm obese. Yep, fun stuff. I'm weighing in at over 200 lbs, and that doesn't mean a couple pounds over, that means more than 10 less than 20 over. It's a real eye-opener and it's time for me to get to work! I'm going to be completely transparent on this blog as embarrassing as it might be. And after I hit 30 days I'll even post my before pictures...I'll talk more about that in my next blog post.
My Motivation:
To be a freakin' hot bride and make Jason cry when he sees me walk down the aisle. Also, and almost as important, to be healthy and end my trend of being overweight and frustrated. Lastly, to make this transformation something that inspires people.
My Plan:
So here is my plan from start to finish.
- Starting with a 3 day Shakeology cleanse tomorrow.
- Turbo Fire Inferno 5 day plan.
- Turbo Fire 12 week program.
- Turbo Fire 8 week advanced program.
- Chalean Extreme 12 week program.
- Chalean Extreme Advanced...not sure how many weeks
